The screenshots in this guide use the light theme, which is the default. If your app is showing dark mode, click the sun icon at the top right to switch back to light.
Go to Admin → Venues → [your venue] → Reports to open the reports hub. From here you can access all financial and analytical reports for the venue.
Report categories
Reports are grouped into four categories:
| Category | What you'll find | |---|---| | Sales & Attendance | Performance summary, year-over-year, cross-attendance, lifecycle | | Fundraising | Gift totals, LYBUNT/SYBUNT, donor retention, pledge aging | | Marketing | Promo performance, sell-through pace, audience geography, channel attribution | | Financial | Sales by event, ticket ledger (every ticket with its tenders, for the bookkeeper), payout reconciliation, report schedules |
Who can access reports
The canExport capability is required to download CSV or XLSX files from any report. Without it, you can view report data on screen but the download buttons are hidden.
The box-office role cannot access the reports section at all — the Reports link is not shown in their navigation.
To check your own capabilities, ask your venue admin to review your team entry under Admin → Venues → [your venue] → Team.
Report freshness
Some reports (lifecycle, cross-attendance, donor retention) are powered by nightly pre-computed data. These show a freshness indicator with the date and time the data was last updated. The data is accurate as of that timestamp — sales that happened since the last nightly run will not yet appear.
Reports in the Sales & Attendance and Financial categories read live data and reflect purchases up to the current moment.
Super-admin reports
If you have super-admin access, a platform-wide reports hub is also available at Admin → Reports. This provides the same marketing analytics views with a venue-selector so you can pull data from any venue without navigating into each one individually.
To receive a report on a recurring schedule by email, see Scheduling and emailing reports automatically.
