Hero images
Upload one or more hero images for the public venue page. Images are cropped to 4:3 and compressed automatically. The first image in the list is used as the primary image on the venue listing card.
Custom content
The Custom content section opens a rich-text editor (Tiptap). Use it to add venue-level notes — FAQs, parking information, accessibility details — that appear on the public venue page below the event list. Toggle Show custom content to control visibility.
Ticketing policies
The Ticketing policies card configures the exchange fee charged when a staff member exchanges a ticket:
- Exchange fee type — Flat dollar amount or percentage of the new ticket price
- Exchange fee value — The dollar amount or percentage
Set both to zero for free exchanges.
Seasons
Seasons are date ranges you define to group performances for reporting. For example, "2025–26 Season: Aug 25, 2025 – Aug 31, 2026." A performance's season is determined by its event date.
Seasons do not gate ticket sales — they are reporting labels only.
To add a season:
- Scroll to the Seasons card on the edit page.
- Click Add season.
- Enter a name, start date, and end date.
- Click Save.
Patron lifecycle thresholds
The Lifecycle section lets you customize the thresholds used in the Patron Lifecycle report:
- Frequent buyer — minimum number of orders in the report window to count as "Frequent" (default: 3)
- Lapsed — months since last order to count as "Lapsed" (default: 18)
Adjust these to match your venue's attendance patterns.
Update your venue's event email address, upload a new hero image, and add the current season. Save and open the public venue page to confirm the changes appear.
