You can manage all your recurring gifts (sustainers) from your Noctern profile without calling the venue.

Sign in and go to Profile → My Giving. The Recurring gifts section lists each one.

Each recurring gift shows:

  • The organization's name
  • Amount and schedule (for example, $50.00 / mo), and the fund it supports
  • Next charge date — or Payment past due if the last charge failed
  • Card on file (card type and last 4 digits)

Updating your payment card

  1. Click Update card on the recurring gift.
  2. Enter your new card details.
  3. Click Save card.

Future charges for this gift use the new card. If your gift shows Payment past due, check the card on file and update it if it has expired or been replaced.

Changing the gift amount

  1. Click Change amount on the recurring gift.
  2. Enter the New gift amount — anything from $1 to $10,000.
  3. Click Save.

The new amount applies to your future charges. Gifts you have already made are not changed.

You cannot change which fund your recurring gift goes to, or how often it is charged. To change either, cancel the gift and set up a new one on the venue's donation page, or contact the venue.

Cancelling a recurring gift

  1. Click Cancel on the recurring gift.
  2. Your browser asks you to confirm: "This stops future charges. Past gifts stay on your record."
  3. Click OK.

Cancellation is permanent and future charges stop. The gift stays in your list marked Canceled. To resume giving, visit the venue's donation page and set up a new recurring gift.

Viewing past gifts and statements

The Past gifts table lists every donation you've made, with the date, organization, amount and status.

Above it, Year-end statements has a download link for each organization and year in which you gave. Click one to open a PDF giving statement for that year — useful for tax records. You can download it any time; you don't have to wait for the venue to send one.

If My Giving is empty, check that you are signed in with the same email address you used when you donated.
