You can manage all your recurring gifts (sustainers) from your Noctern profile without calling the venue.
Go to Profile → My giving to see your active sustainers.
Each sustainer card shows:
- Venue name
- Amount and interval (for example, $50 / month)
- Next charge date
- Card on file (last 4 digits)
Updating your payment card
- Click Update card on the sustainer card.
- Enter your new card number, expiry, and CVC.
- Click Save card.
Your next charge uses the new card. The old card is removed from this sustainer.
Changing the gift amount
- Click Change amount on the sustainer card.
- Enter the new amount.
- Click Save.
The new amount takes effect on the next scheduled charge — not immediately. Your current-period giving is not adjusted.
You cannot change which fund your sustainer goes to. Contact the venue if you need to redirect your gift to a different fund.
Cancelling a sustainer
- Click Cancel on the sustainer card.
- Confirm in the dialog: "This stops future charges. Past gifts stay on your record."
- Click Confirm cancel.
Cancellation is permanent. Future charges stop immediately. To resume giving, visit the venue's donation page and set up a new sustainer.
Viewing past gifts
Below your active sustainers, the Past gifts section lists every donation you've made. Click Download statement next to a year to get a PDF giving statement — useful for tax deduction records.
Year-end tax statements from the venue include all your gifts for the year in one document. They are sent automatically in early January regardless of your email marketing preferences.
