Development reports — gift totals, donor totals, and lapsed donors (LYBUNT / SYBUNT)
Total completed gifts for any dates, rank donors by what they gave, list lapsed donors who gave last year or in an earlier year but not this year, and find the pledge aging report.
The Gifts report — every gift by fund, appeal and source
List every donation for a date range, filter by fund, appeal or where the gift came from, and see money Noctern raised kept separate from gifts imported from a previous system.
Donor retention year-over-year
Compare each donor's giving this year against last year — new, retained, upgraded, downgraded, lapsed and recaptured — with dollar totals and your retention rate.
