The screenshots in this guide use the light theme, which is the default. If your app is showing dark mode, click the sun icon at the top right to switch back to light.
After you sign in, go to AdminVenues[venue] to reach your venue hub — the central navigation page for everything at your venue.
Hub layout
The hub groups your tools into three rows:
Setup — configure the building blocks of your venue:
- Edit — venue profile, contact details, and branding
- Layouts — seat maps and floor plans
- Team — staff access and capability flags
Programming — manage what's on stage:
- Calendar — month-view of all your events
- Artists — artist profiles and contact list
- Deals — performance contracts and settlements
Money — patron and financial tools:
- Memberships — set up membership levels for your venue. Always available; if you haven't created a level yet, the card just reminds you to
- Patrons — your CRM, ticket history, and giving records
- Promo Codes — venue-wide discount and free-ticket codes, applied automatically to every event at your venue (an event's own codes can still be added on top)
- Marketing — email campaigns and analytics
- Activity — audit log of all admin actions
Some cards appear only when the feature is enabled for your venue:
- Fundraising — visible only for nonprofit venues
- Gift Certificates — visible only when the Gift Certificates module is on
The venue calendar
Click Calendar (in the Programming row) to see a month-view calendar of all your events. Each event appears on its performance date and links directly to the event detail page. Use the calendar to spot scheduling conflicts or quickly jump to an upcoming show.
If a card is dimmed with a tooltip, the feature is not yet enabled for your venue. Contact Noctern support to enable optional modules.
